Revolutionary War Sons of both Johann Adam Hamacher and Johann Huberich Hamacher were involved in the fight for American Independence from England.  Descendants of any of these sons are eligible for membership in either the Daughters of the American Revolution(DAR) or the Sons of the American Revolution(SAR).  This link contains extracts of the application forms of all descendants who have applied for membership in the SAR.  This page also contains images of the published Pennsylvania Archives which lists some of the Revolutionary War era military service of the Hamacher family.

If you have information on any person with the surname of Hamaker, Hammaker, Hamacher, Hammacher, or Haymaker and/or any person descended from a person of this surname who served in the military, please send me the information and I will include it on this page.  The person doesn't have to have served during any of the events noted above.  The privacy of all living persons will be protected by exclusion of dates and places unless you specifically provide a written evidence that the person who is listed has furnished permission for data relating to their vital statistics to be published.
